We ensure that our staff adhere to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. This policy may be updated or amended from time to time where necessary, and we recommend that you review it periodically. Any revisions to this policy will continue to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. 

When we collect personal data from you, we will provide a Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS) at or before the time of collection, in an appropriate format and manner (e.g., on paper forms, website pages, or prominently displayed notices at the point of data collection).

We will not disclose your personal data to any third party for any purpose without your consent.
